Seacoast Media Group

I worked as a freelance reporter/writer for Seacoast Media Group, a media company that owns a variety of newspapers in southern Maine and New Hampshire, from 2019 to 2021. A majority of my articles were published in the York County Coast Star, a newspaper in based in southern Maine, and on Seacoastonline.com. I covered state and presidential elections, the opioid epidemic, and profiled movers and shakers in the southern Maine business community. As a freelance reporter, I learned to report, write, and publish stories on extremely short deadlines. My stories and accompanying photos (taken by me) were often splashed on the front page.
